Jessica Hagel is a RESA® Rising Star Home Stager of the Year™ Top 10 in North America
Calgary, Alberta – December 18, 2012 – Calgary Home Stager and entrepreneur Jessica Hagel has been recognized as a top ten RESA® Rising Star Home Stager of the Year™. This prestigious award goes to an up-and-coming Home Stager who demonstrates professionalism and excellence in the Home Staging industry.
Jessica Hagel is the Owner and Principal Stager of Fresh Moves Home Staging, which celebrates its second birthday in January 2013. Fresh Moves provides a variety of Staging services such as Market-Ready Strategy Sessions, Occupied Home Enhancements, Vacant Staging Services, and Interior Redesign for those who want an eco-friendly and affordable way spruce up their home.
Over the last two years, Fresh Moves has grown and expanded very rapidly. Hagel has used many resources to grow the business, including coursework at both of Calgary’s universities, in Interior Design and Business Development. Building a great team and engaging in ongoing learning (formal and self-directed) are two primary tools for Hagel’s success.
Hagel is a Canadian Certified Staging Professional and Eco-Professional, and a member of the international Real Estate Staging Association® (RESA®). She is very dedicated to the Home Staging community in Alberta. Along with other local Stagers, she has helped to form the Calgary & Area Stagers’ Alliance (CASA). This informal group meets regularly to support worthy causes, donating time and talent for those in need. As well, members of CASA support each other in business development and promoting the industry in general.
Every year, RESA® presents an emerging Home Stager with the Rising Star Home Stager of the Year™ award. There is a lengthy submission process that applicants must complete to be eligible. First, applicants submit their best before and after photos of their Home Staging work, and the judges choose the top 10 applicants. The top 10 Home Stagers are then required to produce a second submission including their company information, designations and memberships, plus numerous questions about how their business has progressed over the past two years.
After progressing through this process, Hagel is now one of RESA®’s Top Ten Rising Star Home Stagers of the Year, in North America. The top winner will be announced at the RESA® Home Staging Convention, in San Francisco, on February 1, 2013.
Jessica Hagel has dedicated herself to growing Fresh Moves, and it has earned her the nomination for the RESA® Rising Star Home Stager of the Year™ Award. With her professional outlook and strong commitment to excellence in the Home Staging industry, she is quite qualified for this prestigious award.
