If these questions are on your mind – let us help. We see your home as potential buyers do, giving you the inside edge. Strategy Session (Includes Personalized E-Report): $325.00.
Occupied Home Enhancement
For homeowners living in the property when listing. We thoroughly review your home during an initial walk-through and address issues such as paint colour and minor repairs. Once your ‘to-do’ list is completed, we return to the property to showcase the home. We use a combination of your existing belongings and our inventory to enhance the property. Show your best!

Vacant Staging
Most of us look our best in something stylish that fits our figure and our “vintage”. Same goes for your property!

The investment for Vacant Staging varies with the size and condition of the property. A typical staging estimate is $3,500.00 – $7,000.00, including delivery and rental fees.

Redesign is the eco-friendly, affordable alternative to full-scale interior design. Using your furnishings, artwork, and accessories, we create a fresh look for your home. New items may be suggested or brought in to complete the transformation. Highlight the best of your home and your collections!
