I have some great news. [My Realtor] hosted an open house on Sunday that was very well attended. Apparently there were at least 25 groups that came by to see the house. She tells me that at times there were line-ups to get in the door! By the end of the day we had two bids, both exceeding the asking price!! Needless to say the house is under contract and I am thrilled. So thank you for being part of our house preparation team!

My vacant condo has been transformed. The rooms look so much larger and welcoming. I had an open house yesterday, and was told by the people viewing it, that it looked very inviting and well put together. They could better envision how their furniture would fit in the space. I love Jessica and Fresh Moves!! My house is a very weird shape, and for three years, I’ve struggled to arrange our furniture properly. I felt like I’d tried every possible combination, but Jessica was able to make it work! I don't even know where to start! We first met Jessica a few years ago when we tried selling our house for over 6 months without any luck and decided to invest a little into staging to see if it would help. Jessica came in and transformed our place and we received an offer within 3 weeks!
